North Bondi Fish are teaming up with Vic’s Meat Market and transforming the venue into an American-style smokehouse for one night only – Wednesday 22 July.
Combining the quality seafood that North Bondi Fish is renowned for, with the highly popular premium meats from Anthony Puharich’s Vic’s Meats, this will be a smokehouse feast like never before.
Start with smoked cod brandade and hot wings, follow it up with smoked kingfish head, smoked beef brisket and large BBQ prawns and American-influenced sides such as mac & cheese and baked beans and finish off with all-American desserts like pecan pie and cheesecake. There are also smoke-free options if you’re wanting to keep things a bit lighter. Signature smokehouse cocktails such as the Mexican Tart or Pepper jack are also perfectly paired to the menu.
