The Sydney Harbour Marriott has upped its Food game with the recent launch of Sylvester’s its new hotel restaurant, offering up fresh local produce sensationally delivered I got to visit it recently and was blown away.
We kicked off the night with a drink at their new bar Three Bottle Man which only stocks Australian Spirits, and offers up an amazing selection of Wines and delightfully delicious cocktails before settling in at Silvester’s.
Headed by French born chef Raphael Szurek and managed by former QT Bar & Grill manager Jeremy Magan, the restaurant is a shining star for the newly renovated Sydney Harbour Marriott. Each dish showcases local produce at its best and is brought to life with so much love and care, starting off with Freshly Shucked Oysters and Yellow fin Tuna Poke I could have eaten the poke all night and would have loved every minute of it.
For mains we dined on the Riverine Lamb Rack and the Sole Muniere accompanied by Chol Farm’s Mushrooms & the Grima Brothers Farm Vegetables, each dish was delightfully prepared with little French inspired twists and a taste sensation that left us delighted and wanting more.
The Menu is inspired by Seasonal produce so be prepared to be surprised by new dishes, and be adventurous and try something new when you visit Silvester’s at The Sydney Harbour Marriott.
