I was recently invited to attend a dinner at Martin Place Bar to intro their new menu, and to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement…

The ever changing Bistro Specials allow regular diners to part from the norm and includes a standout Charcuterie Board with accompaniments (24) and the Corned Beef complete with all the trimmings including Buttered Carrots, Potato Mash, Velouté Sauce and Piccalilli (18) – an old school favourite which will take you back to those long lost Sunday lunches with your Granny. The grilled fish of the day is not your regular fry up, think ‘Cone Bay’ Barramundi with Red Pepper Sauce, Chat Potatoes and a Crumbled Fetta and Caper Salad (25).
