Lynx Launch Find Your Magic Campaign

Off the back of LYNX’s newest Find Your Magic campaign which celebrates individuality and the idea that men are most attractive when confidently being themselves, the top male grooming brand has gone one step further towards helping men find, craft and work on their own unique personal style.

Former Vanishing Elephant designer Felix Chan has teamed up with LYNX to create the Find Your Magic Collection—a range of men’s accessories inspired by three Aussies who ooze unique personal style and creativity:

Mercado head chef, Nathan Sasi Hibernia Tattoo and former Bondi Ink tattoo artist, Giorgia Mae Australia and New Zealand Men’s Hairdresser of the Year 2013 – 2015, Jules Tognini.

Nathan Sasi

Nathan Sasi of Good Times Artisan Ice Cream and newly-opened Sydney restaurant Mercado is not afraid to stand out. Sasi collaborated with Chan to design a bespoke silk pocket square, a pair of cross socks and a classic patterned tie inspired by his love of old-school fashion.

He channelled his passion for flavour experimentation and food presentation to create an accessory range containing subtle patterns and intricate designs to complement his unique personal style. “I think accessories help men express themselves as they’re the finishing touch which can really bring an outfit together and help create an added edge,” Sasi said.

To show her unique ingredients, tattoo artist Giorgia Mae, previously of Bondi Ink, has created a silk scarf, an arrow tie and a pair of plaid socks.

Pattern and plaid are heavily incorporated into Giorgia’s accessories, paying homage to her Scottish heritage which has influenced her life and style.

“The silk scarf is my favourite piece in my collection as I wanted a platform to showcase my artistic side and love of drawing. My wolf sketch was printed straight onto the fabric and I love how you can wear it in your own way,” Mae said.

Jules Tognini, Australian and New Zealand Men’s Hairdresser of the Year for the past three years, created a blue bandana, a blunt tie and pair of tie-dye socks to capture his laidback and free-spirited vibe. His passion for hair and male grooming is an extension of his love for fashion, believing that hair can be a fashion accessory in itself.

Indigo and tie-dye are incorporated into his collection to reflect his personal style and mantra; dance to your own rhythm.

“I look at hair as an accessory all to itself, as something you can use to show your personal style. My collection is all about the things I would rock every day,” Tognini said.
