I recently had the pleasure this week of attending a private lunch and master class with the enigmatic Guillaume Brahimi , brand ambassador for the world renowned Tefal brand. What an amazing and passionate chef and of course the perfect ambassador to introduce the new range from Tefal.
The new range showcases the latest technology with exceptional cooking quality to ensure perfect cooking every time.
Featuring seven layers of revolutionary Titanium Pro non-stick coating, the Tefal Reserve Collection offers Tefal’s most resilient coating yet. With concerns around using metal utensils and dishwashers a thing of the past, The Tefal Reserve Collection’s surface is resistant to chipping and peeling and can handle extremely high heat levels. With polished and riveted stainless steel handles, each pot and pan can be placed in the oven up to 260 degrees (excluding the lid).
The new pieces feature a stylish modern and Parisian inspired design, which also delivers perfectly even heat distribution and easy cleaning. There are seven pieces in total – two frypans, grill pan, stirfry, sauteepan, stockpot and a five-piece set, all of which are induction-compatible.
All the pieces in the range feature Tefal’s famous patented ‘Thermo Spot’, the perfect key to exceptional cooking. This heat indicator helps identify when your pan is preheated to the perfect temperature to seal in the flavour, at 180 degrees, to get the best cooking results, allowing anyone to cook like a connoisseur.
To celebrate the launch, award winning chef and Tefal Heritage and Reserve Collection ambassador Guillaume Brahimi has created a series of recipes with a modern twist on traditional French cuisine.
