The North Bondi Fish Smokehouse is back again by popular demand for it’s third and final night on Wednesday 23rd September! After two sell-out events and spring just around the corner, North Bondi Fish with the help of their good friends over at Vic’s Meat Market, are heating things up one last time at the beachside setting and transforming it into an mouth-watering American-style smokehouse.
Start with smoked cod brandade, lamb ribs and hot wings. Follow it up with smoked kingfish head, smoked beef brisket and large BBQ prawns and American-influenced sides such as mac & cheese and baked beans. Finish off with all-American desserts like pecan pie, cheesecake and chocolate brownie. There are also smoke-free options if you’re wanting to keep things a bit lighter, sink your teeth into a classic t-bone or sirloin steak or the beer-battered fish of the day. Signature smokehouse cocktails such as the Mexican tart or pepper jack are also perfectly paired to the menu.
