I recently attended an exclusive preview of the Friends of The Gantry Dinner Series, which is now available at The Gantry Restaurant as a five-course degustation throughout the month of July.
Chef Joel Bickford has teamed up with some of his best friends in the industry to create an incredible degustation menu, with each dish on the menu designed by a guest chef. A portion of the profit for the Friends of The Gantry menu will also be donated to Oz Harvest, aligning The Gantry Restaurant with a charity they feel passionate about
