Chef Joel Bickford has teamed up with some of his best friends in the industry to create an incredible degustation menu, with each dish on the menu designed by a guest chef. Price: $99 per person // matching wines $65
A portion of the profit for the Friends of The Gantry menu will also be donated to Oz Harvest, aligning The Gantry Restaurant with a charity they feel passionate about
