Since October marks Good Food Month in Sydney, Australia’s largest food and wine festival, to celebrate his, throughout the month of October ABODE Bistro & Bar will be hosting a stylish and modern dining experience ‘Fromage to You’ where guests can indulge in a four course cheese degustation menu, perfectly paired with a selection of Yalumba wines.
Enjoy fresh seasonal locally sourced produce complemented with a carefully selected collection of full-bodied cheeses. First course starts with a Pinot Grigio and a goats cheese braised leek, followed by the second course of crab and gruyere soufflé served with Superb Gruyere Swiss cheese and a smooth Sauvignon Blanc to enhance the flavours.
Moving onto the third course, a parmesan and herb crusted veal rack paired with aged Grana Padano, endive and apple salad and tomato relish and complemented with a traditional Galway Shiraz. End your degustation journey with a handpicked cheese board matched with a beautifully selected Muscat.
