Painstakingly crafting these delectable dishes using only the best locally sourced ingredients and traditionally prepared spices, Head Chef Robin is a culinary master, having had over 14 years of experience in kitchens throughout London, France and Sydney. Having learnt his culinary skills whilst growing up in the Punjab region of Northern India, Robin ensures that each dish he creates utilises traditional preparation methods, taking pride in the delicate mix of complex flavours that inspire and delight customers.
