The original American house of designer leather goods, Coach Inc., has opened the doors to its stunning boutique at Sydney Airport’s T1 International.

Sydney Airport is the only airport in Australia to house the brand as it joins a line-up of 13 global designer brands including TUMI, Michael Kors, Kate Spade New York, Hugo BOSS, Emporio Armani,
Tiffany & Co., Burberry, Max Mara and Oroton – with Gucci to launch in 2017.

Sydney Airport General Manager Retail Glyn Williams said the store sits within the newly transformed, 1,900m2 fashion precinct at T1, and forms part of the improvements program at Sydney Airport to deliver a superior airport experience for passengers.

“The enviable mix of designer brands within the T1 fashion precinct offers passengers a sophisticated shopping experience with a range of offers across different price points,” Mr Williams said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Coach to T1 – a brand that sits comfortably within the revitalised offering.”

Set over 130m2, the store evokes a sense of effortless New York style and carries the brand’s signature collections, including women’s and men’s bags, small leather goods, footwear, accessories and fragrances.

The store interior is modern and vibrant, featuring custom-designed cabinetry, warm lighting and rich textiles to create a sophisticated shopping experience for passengers. The store’s exterior boasts a striking double-height, illuminated façade framed with glass blocks and expansive windows.

Coach is now open and is located after customs. It sits alongside our new premium dining precinct, City View, and a superior duty free offering with partner HEINEMANN Tax & Duty Free.
