Valentine’s Day Dining With a Purpose at Folonomo

Valentine’s Day has become rather commercial and perhaps lost a lot of its meaning, so what better way to add a little something with meaning this Valentine’s Day then to dine with a purpose at the newly opened Folonomo in Sydney.

Folonomo announced a special set menu for Valentine’s Day created by chef Michal Siudeja (ex-Mecca, The Farmed Table) featuring ethical ingredients and seasonal produce.
Folonomo will give 100 per cent of all profits from bookings to three charities with diners able to choose from Eat Up, an organisation that provides school lunches to Australian children who would otherwise go without, Blue Dragon which rescues children from slavery and human trafficking in Vietnam, and Rural Aid which supports rural Australian communities.
