If ever there was a day to break the rules, it would be Valentine’s Day. Supper Club has announced it will open the level 32 rooftop bar and terrace from 8:00pm on Tuesday 14 February – with cupid’s bow striking this the first time in Supper Club history.
Alongside the most exclusive views of Sydney Harbour, Chief Mixologist and Bars Manager, John Toubia, has created an exclusive Lychee & Rose Petal Martini to mark the occasion, complete with Belvedere pure vodka, fresh lychee, agave syrup and enhanced with house-made Rose Elix. The martini is complemented by one of the city’s most enviable Champagne lists with over 27 French Champagnes on offer.
For the complete culinary experience, 117 dining is offering its Divine Degustation with a bespoke five-course menu featuring seaweed-cured Hiramasa Kingfish, dry-aged duck, Tajima rump and Valentine’s Day-inspired shared desserts – red and black themed, of course. The Valentine’s Day soiree is elevated to Supper Club for a glass of Bimbadgen Sparkling Semillon to complete the evening.
Celebrated as Sydney’s only hotel rooftop bar with an outdoor terrace spanning 270 degrees across Sydney Harbour, the outdoor balcony sweeps views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and Eastern Harbour. Supper Club is opened strictly Thursday to Saturdays only with reservations essential.
