With spring in full swing, ABODE Bistro & Bar is launching a sparkling high tea menu, of contemporary twists on traditional high tea favourites, commencing Sunday, 27th September.
Let your taste buds explore a stylish menu featuring a selection of savoury bites and delectable desserts infused with sparkling wine and complemented with exquisite Villa Jolanda prosecco and Jansz sparkling wine.
Launching on Sunday, 27th September, Cameron Anthes, Director of Ergo Wines will be talking guests through the inspiration behind the menu and take you on a journey on the perfect pairing of sparkling wines and food. Drawing on his wealth of expertise, Cameron will be sharing everything from cooking tips to the history of sparkling wine. Guests will also be treated to a glass of Bailly Lapierre, the crème de la crème of sparkling wines, upon arrival.
Indulge in fresh seasonal produce with menu components of citrus and acidity married with textures and flavours, all served on stunning Villeroy & Boch china, delivering a refreshing dining experience. Savoury bites such as the smoked salmon and crepe roulade with soft cheese is cured with Villa Jolanda Prosecco, which has elements of peach and pink grapefruit. Sweet bites such as the chocolate dipped strawberries are infused with Jansz Rose, to intensify the natural flavour of the berry with Turkish delight and rosewater aromas courtesy of the Jansz Rose.
