North Shore favourite, SoCal Neutral Bay, is turning the heat down low and slow just in time for the start of the summer season! The Southern Californian inspired hotspot now boasts an impressive Smokehouse after welcoming a newly imported smoker to their cooking arsenal.
Recently back from a research trip across the states, Head chef Zac Smart has been busy creating a new menu which includes SoCal-Smoked Brisket with slaw, pickles and BBQ sauce, along with BBQ pork short ribs with currants, orzo, almonds and salsa verde.
Fresh new menu additions are the Pulled Chipotle Chicken with Green Waffles and Ranch Sauce, and the Scallop Ceviche, Zucchini and Charred Salsa, both a must-try. Never fear, all of your Mexicali favourites such as SoCal’s Baja fish tacos will still available for endless consumption.
SoCal Neutral Bay is one of Applejack Hospitality’s four unique Sydney venues, which also include The Butler Potts Point, Bondi Hardware and The Botanist Kirrbilli.
