To Celebrate Earth Hour the new owners at Panama House a hosting a special event, the Candlelit Dinner will be held on Saturday 25th March 2017 and funds raised will go to the Earth Defence Fund.
There have been a few changes to the venue recently. Namely, late last year, the Panama House of old found its way into the hands of a new ownership team. Friends, Bondi locals, and long-time aficionados of the venue are on board and their goal has to been to take the platform created by the founders and with a revised attention and attitude, bring their own sense of creativity to the food and drink menus, while retaining the atmosphere and ‘vibe’ for which it has always been known.
The creative direction is under the watchful eye of one partner, Geraint Coles (ex Café del Mar and Hotel Centennial), who brings over a decade of hospitality experience spanning across three continents to the mix.
