I had the pleasure of attending a lunch for the award winning Jacks Creek at the stunning LUMI Dining, it was a match made in Heaven the beautiful jacks Creek product in the hands of LUMI hHad Chef Federico Zanellato.
The event was really a showcase of Jack’s Creek premium beef products, including Black Angus and Wagyu (officially the World’s Best Steak), prepared by Federico Zanellato, Head Chef at LuMi Bar & Dining. Federico uses Jack’s Creek in his menu but this menu was specially designed by Federico and Jack’s Creek for the event.
