Imagine a material so robust it can withstand fire, water, salt spray, acids and countless twists and pulls. The I.N.O.X Leather; using material prized by watchmakers for over a century, and redesigned by the Swiss Army.
A watch embodying the history of a pioneering brand that creates objects characterized by ultimate functionality and uncompromising quality. 4 years of deliberation, 3 years of development, 6 months of trials, 421 prototypes and 130 tests have established a new standard in watchmaking.
The tough leather originally used in the crafting of firemen’s boots, a material that measures up to the ultimate I.N.O.X standards of resistance. The hypoallergenic strap retains the natural grain and suppleness of the leather, while incorporating the strength and durability of the high-performance material.
Cut from a single piece of leather with an integrated lining, it’s V-shaped silhouette calls back to the blade of the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife, stamped with the iconic “Cross and Shield” logo. Without sacrificing any of the resistances that characterize the I.N.O.X., the leather gives the piece a classic yet contemporary feel.
The shock-resistant mono-bloc dial features stamped hour-markers, offering a new interpretation of time with its grained finish. It’s sandy mineral shade of warm grey, gives the piece warmth and depth.
It’s essential tone-on-tone removable bumper, when used as a compass is marked with the four cardinal points. This functional accessory protects the watch from scratches and asserts it’s distinctive style.
