Heineken has today announced the launch of the Heineken City Shapers Festival, a new and exciting event which will be held in Melbourne on 4 August. Guests should expect the unexpected as they are taken on a worldly adventure through some of the most unique experiences the world’s most vibrant cities have to offer.
Heineken fans are invited on a special journey alongside some familiar Australian faces, starting at an iconic Melbourne train station. Guests will board an exclusive Heineken train before being transported to a secret location, where Heineken will transform an unassuming venue into a dynamic festival space, full of intrigue and worldly discovery. There will be a number of unique experiences at the event, from the vibe of bustling Asian cities to a trendy jazz club in New York and dazzling performances. Guests will be in for an epic night as Heineken finishes with a performance from a surprise international act.
During the evening, there will be more exciting surprises and unexpected reveals so guests should prepare for a legendary evening as Heineken promises to throw one of the biggest parties of 2016. In addition to the Heineken City Shapers Festival in Melbourne, Heineken will also be hosting a number of exclusive events in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. To celebrate the vibrant cities of the world Heineken is also releasing 18 special City edition bottles, available nationally throughout July. The range of bottles will include global trendsetting cities such as Amsterdam, London, Rio, New York, Johannesburg, Seoul and Berlin.
Heineken are supporting the launch of the festival in style by collaborating with innovative Melbourne street artists, Apparition Media. They will inspire consumers to open their world through a series of striking murals designed to shape the way cities look, evoking more emotion into their environments.
