Leading Australian dietitian, Susie Burrell, has created the attached lower calorie recipes for guilt free indulgence. These include banana bread, oaty fruit pancakes, peanut butter bites and banana muffins.
Each of these recipes have been created using Whole Earth’s new Baking Blend which is a 50/50 mix of raw sugar and organic stevia based sweetener. Many Aussies are guilty of consuming too much sugar, in fact more than 90 per cent (on average 52 grams or 12 teaspoons) of Australian’s free sugars intake comes from added sugars, which are sugars added to food during processing or preparation, such as sugar added to tea and coffee and in baking.
