Glenfiddich has replicated history’s most iconic whisky, revealing ‘Glenfiddich The Original’ to be launched in Australia from June 2015.

The exclusive re-creation of the original 1963 Glenfiddich Straight Malt, which was the first ever single malt to be actively promoted internationally, single-handedly established the entire single malt category as we know today. The release is a limited addition to the family run distiller’s collection of whiskies, with just 6,400 bottles released in Australia.

To Celebrate this Amazing recreation of History, the Lord Dudley in Paddington will be playing host to a pop-up bar featuring Glenfiddich The Original.

This will be open from Wednesday 3 June to Sunday 7 June and for the duration of the pop-up bar Glenfiddich will be running bespoke tastings of the new whisky every hour from 6pm – 9pm on Wednesday to Friday and 12pm – 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
