Originally named Winter Cider and available only during the colder months, Rekorderlig are thrilled to announce the re-launch of their much-loved Winter Cider as Spiced Äpple Cider. Same great taste but now available all year round.
Cider has traditionally been a drink for the summer, served over ice in the sun with friends however, this beautifully balanced apple based cider with vanilla and cinnamon is the most unique & versatile cider in the Rekorderlig portfolio.
Served two ways; Hot or Cold and always served with a slice of orange, Rekorderlig Spiced Äpple Cider changes its characteristics depending on how it’s served.
Cold, it has a welcoming vanilla aroma combined with sweet apple and cinnamon. When heated, the cinnamon is much stronger in fragrance and results in a richer flavour and when garnished with a slice of orange it is the perfect winter warmer.
The driving force behind the re-launch is the demand from consumers. They love the taste and have been calling for it to be made available all year round; a sentiment that Rekorderlig agrees with.
The newly named and packaged Spiced Äpple Cider will be available from May 2015 and will coincide with the launch of the Rekorderlig Sounds In The Snow. A series of music events that will be taking place at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel throughout the snow season. It is here all of the snowboarding and skiing revelers can enjoy Spiced Äpple Cider after a day on the slopes.
Throughout winter Rekorderlig Spiced Äpple Cider will be not only be available at the snow but you’ll be able to find it in bars around the country serving up hot cider in miniature tankards.
It’s just as easy to re-create at home by gently heating Rekorderlig Spiced Äpple Cider in a pan and serving with a slice of orange.
