Glue Store is always known to stock the coolest and latest street wear labels, and they recently announced the launch of Sydney based men’s street-wear label, Barney Cools, which joined their renowned stable of brands at the beginning of July.
The Owner & Creative Director behind successful menswear label Zanerobe, Nat Taubman launched Barney Cools in November last year and since the brands inception boasts an impressive resume of both local and international retailers.
“We thrive on making rugged street-wear inspired by international street-style. Our laidback lifestyle is summed up with the chilled phrase, ‘Poolside Etiquette’. We keep things simple. Design, swim, travel, tunes,” comments Taubman.
From tequila filled tropical pool parties to vibey gin infused rooftop parties, the Boys Don’t Listen Spring Summer range is inspired by the Aussie coastal lifestyle, with a boisterous take on fashion, drawing on retrospective influences to create the Barney Cools aesthetic that bridges surf and street wear.
Glue Store Head of Buying, Garth Allan comments, “We pride ourselves on supporting the hottest global brands, and we’re really excited to be launching the Barney Cools brand into Glue Store for the new season. Nat’s knowledge of the Australian fashion market, combined with the label’s street style aesthetic results in Barney Cools and Glue Store being a natural fit.”
Fresh to the shelves, Barney Cool’s Spring/ Summer collection, Boys Don’t Listen is available in Glue Stores nationally and online now.
