If freshly shucked oysters are your cup of tea then Zeta Bar’s ‘One Buck Shuck’ promotion will be right up your alley. It just so happens that they’ve looked after the drinks as well with chilled Chandon Vintage 2012 available by the bottle or glass and a selection of amazing Belvedere popsicle cocktails to tickle your fancy.
Located on George Street as part of the Hilton Sydney – with a fantastic layout, elegant décor and luxurious rooftop terrace its no surprise as to why Zeta Bar is doing a roaring trade and on Tuesday’s it gets even better!
With freshly shucked oysters up for grabs for just one dollar, you’ll go close to eating your body weight in the tasty little suckers. If you’re not a fan of the freshly shucked oysters then for an extra dollar why not add the cucumber and mint, or ponzu soy with chilli & ginger garnish.
You’re going to need something to wash all those oysters down with, right? Well if bubbles are your thing, then some Chandon Vintage 2012, available by the glass ($13) or bottle ($65) should do the trick.
My pick though would have to be the amazing selection of tasty Belvedere popsicle cocktails. They are so refreshing and equally delicious and better yet, you get your choice between a citrusy Sgroppino, an orange and raspberry Americana and an Espresso Lollypop all of which will only set you back $15.
So be sure to make a booking and get there as close to 6pm as the deal only lasts as long as the oysters do.
