Signature Cocktails

Old Fashioned

50ml Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select

15ml Sugar Syrup

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice to mixing glass and serving glass. Stir ingredients for 30-40 seconds. Strain into serving glass. Garnish with a lightly expressed orange peel.

 Mint Julep

30ml Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select
15ml Sugar Syrup
6/8 Mint Leaves
Dash of water

Gently muddle mint sugar and dash of water together in a julep cup. Add Woodford Reserve and then fill cup with crushed ice and stir well. Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice and garnish with mint.
