When we think Valentines Day we normally associate it with a romantic evening, so I thought I’d shake things a little this year thanks to the our amazing friends at The Sheraton on the Park Sydney. As an early birthday celebration I got to take a group of friends with me along to try out the amazing spread at FEAST !

What to Expect
The room was a buzz with excitement as people were led to their tables and greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne. There were couples, families, double dates and of course my group. There was a sense of Joy in the air, and people entering looked expectant and excited to be Feasting at Feast. There were people dressed up to the nines, and people in smart casual, people with kids and people without, it felt comfortable and familiar and we couldn’t wait to be seated.
The Food
Walking past the serving counters piled high with oysters, crabs and all different kinds of seafood we wanted to stop and start plating up, but we held ourselves as we walked past more delights bowls of salads, platters with roast lamb, baked vegetables and ok stop! There’s a pizza oven and a whole counter filled with my favourite Chinese food woo hoo!
Despite how busy it was I never saw a platter empty, the staff were constantly refilling and we were never left wanting. There was so much on offer we didn’t know what to start with, we all agreed seafood was a good start cleanse the palette and then move on to the richer foods on offer. We all had different favourites, I was a huge fan of the soft shell crab, Faye loved the prawns, JP & Nick seemed to like everything haha and showed it on their plates. Just as we thought we couldn’t fit any more food in, Faye discovered the Dessert section and oh Lord it was on for young and old and by the end of it there was no room left to fit anything else in and we sat there with smiles on our faces from ear to ear. With so much range FEAST is a must visit for anyone living or visiting Sydney, the food is delicious and served in a beautiful space where everyone will leave satisfied and happy.
Like I often say don’t just take my word for it, grab a group of friends together, take your family along, or make it that special venue for your next date and get Feasting!
