Sydney Italian Wine Festival will provide a unique wine tasting experience to both trade and consumers, with the most comprehensive range of Italian wines seen in Australia under one roof.  We will shine a light into the mysterious, exciting, and sometimes challenging world of Italian wine; which has captured the imagination of the general public in recent years by virtue of its diversity of grape varieties and myriad of styles, providing consumers with a never-ending journey of vinous discovery.

OUR OBJECTIVE
Our goal is to make Italian wine more approachable and accessible by creating a fun, sociable environment in which to explore, region by region. We will be creating a new generation of Italian wine consumers by providing an exceptional learning environment for both trade and consumers. Sydney Italian Wine Festival will result in an increased market share for Italian wines in Australia, with improved sales for importers, retailers, and restaurants.

TASTING HALL
With over 280 wines on offer, the major feature of Sydney Italian Wine Festival is that the ‘Tasting Hall’ will be set up in regional sections, allowing participants to focus on what makes each zone unique. Region by region participants will discover a diverse range of styles, grape varieties and producers; presented by the importers who bring the wines into Australia, plus some of the winemakers from Italy. The ‘Tasting Hall’ will also include Italian artisan beer, highlighting the recent rise of micro-brewers in Italy.
