Victorinox Official Knife Partner for TASTE 2015

Its that time of the year again when any dieting gets thrown out the window, as we flock to Centennial Park to enjoy the wares on offer at TASTE of Sydney one of Sydney’s best Food and Beverage Festivals…

 Whats On?

One of the main attractions at 2015’s Taste of Sydney will be the Victorinox Chef’s Skillery, where visitors will be treated to watching Sydney’s best chefs live in action using Victorinox’s premium kitchen knives exclusively.

Chefs and food specialists including Mark Best, Colin Fassnidge, and Richard Ptacnik, will offer their views on the most innovative and exciting cuisine, teaching fellow food-lovers various Skillery techniques, including ways to successfully pair flavours in the kitchen and how to perfect knife skills.
