A Quick Healthy Salad
Living a hectic lifestyle it’s not always easy finding something quick and healthy to eat, so after my 89 kilogram weight loss I had to come up with delicious, healthy and quick recipes I could whip up. Here’s one of my favourites I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
1 carrot grated
1/2 a celery stick chopped
1 small onion sliced
4-5 cherry tomatoes halved
1 can tuna in olive oil
1-2 chilli’s ( your choice)
Mix together & season with salt and pepper and the juice of 1 lime or lemon, and it’s ready to eat.
