I recently attended the launch of Mordeo Bistro & Bar in the middle of the CBD on Philip street, and was pleasantly surprised. In the middle of what can only be described as a a concrete jungle sits a Southern European oasis, beautifully decorated it is fit for any date or food or wine connoisseur…

 Admittedly I attended the launch so I didn’t get to try the full menu, but the bite versions of the food on offer were a taste sensation to behold and with a menu ranging from Breakfast through to Dinner you are sure to find something to suit any palette. For those lovers of wine the wine list takes you through Australia/New Zealand, Spain, Italy, France & Greece and is carefully selected to tingle the taste buds.

Mordeo is definitely a part of the influx of foodie places moving back into Sydney’s CBD, introducing, great food, great wine and great service at great prices…
