About Life, Australia’s largest and fastest growing holistic lifestyle hub is flying on over to Sydney’s Crows Nest with the launch of its eighth store on Thursday 2nd June, 2016.
About Life is a one-stop shop for natural groceries, an inspired wholefoods café as well as a ready-to-eat nature’s servery, all under one ethical, sustainable roof – rain, kale or shine! From staples to superfoods, About Life offers a complete lifestyle experience with no more complexity, just simplicity and goodness.
About Life Crows Nest offers something for everyone. Earlier risers need not worry about those hunger pangs, not only can you pop by the in-store café and grab a delicious premium roasted, certified organic and fair trade coffee on your morning commute, you can also mix it up a little with a ginger turmeric or matcha latte, or choose from a variety of raw smoothies and juices. The in store Nature’s Café is dedicated to inventing wholefood dishes so damn good; the only hard part will be choosing what to order.
Didn’t get a chance to pack your lunch? About Life has you covered with a vast array of hearty superfood meals and salads to satisfy and nourish the body. Eating well never tasted so good, scoop up your choice of hot and cold wholefood dishes at the Nature’s Servery self-serve food bar, with over 20 daily changing menu items tailored to every taste and diverse dietary need. About Life will have you and the whole family sorted breakfast, lunch and dinner, and maybe a guilt free snack in between. Those who said you couldn’t have your raw cake and eat it too, have clearly never tasted a slice of About Life’s signature Raw Caramel Slice!
For those with a little more time on their hands, who may also be good on the pans, grab a nourishing bone broth and a trolley and begin perusing the aisles in the whole food supermarket with Australia’s most extensive range of natural and organic groceries including fresh produce, meat, dairy, deli, bakery, pantry staples, household goods and healthy and beauty. There is even an entire aisle dedicated to nourishing and nurturing the little ones plus an in- store wellness expert and concierge.
About Life’s very own Private Label range offers premium products without the premium price tag, with raw desserts, raw dips, salads, organic milk and ready-made meals only some of what is on offer. With each an every store opening About Life continues its promise to eliminate the nasties offering food that is delicious and bursting with goodness of clean, chemical free practices including no – artificial preservatives, flavours, sweeteners, colours and more – found in conventional supermarkets and instead replaces these with natural, ethical groceries that won’t break the bank or leave a large footprint.
Plus, if you are the social type, About Life hosts regular events designed to develop your wellness knowledge and mingle with like-minded people, including informative and interactive evenings with guest speakers, live cooking demonstrations, wellness expert panel Q&A sessions as well a plethora of book and product launches.
